Itinerary: Drive to Turpan,Turpan has long been the centre of a fertile oasis with water
provided by karez and an important trade centre located along the Silk Road’s
northern route.Full day excursion to the En-route, visit the Jiaohe ruins, It is a
natural fortress located atop a steep cliff on a leaf-shaped plateau between two
deep river valleys. the Emin Minaret ,a master piece of Uygher Architecture,
visit Karez Well which is an irrigation system of wells connected by
Underground channels and is considered one of the three great ancient projects in
China

Turpan-Kuqa

Itinerary: Visit Tuoyvgou – an ancient oasis-village, 70 km east of Turpan in a lush valley
for an orientation of this authentic Uyghur minority village. Time permitting,
visit the Turpan (closed on Monday). Beziklik thousand Buddha
Grottoes,there are 83 number grottoes, it became an important cultural unit
protected by the State in 1961,transfer to the Turpan station to Kuqa

cave complex in China

Itinerary: Early morning departure for the excursion to Lake Karakol (meaning black
lake), stunningly located adjacent to the Karakorum Highway and close to the
junction of the Pamir, Tian Shan and Kunlun mountain ranges. At 3,600m this
high altitude lake is surrounded by much higher peaks including Muztagh Ata
(7,546m), Kongur Tagh (7,649m) and Kongur Tiube (7,530m). Visit a local
Kirgiz family in their yurt before returning to Kashgar. Return in late afternoon
